1. General
Welcome to the “You Have a Place” website and the services of Neta Golan / InSync (“the site” and “the business”). Use of the website, its content, chart tools, digital books, and other services is subject to these terms.

2. Products and services
The site may offer free and paid content, digital booklets, personalized digital products, chart tools, guided audio, personal services, and other offerings. The product page forms part of the purchase terms and describes the price, what is included, delivery method, and any access period. If a specific purchase detail conflicts with these general terms, mandatory law and the specific detail shown at the time of purchase will apply, to the extent permitted by law.
3. Orders and payment
Payments are processed by an external payment provider. The applicable price is the price shown on the product or payment page when the order is placed, including taxes where required by law. An order is complete only after the payment provider confirms it. Access, a link, a product, or next-step instructions will be provided according to the purchased product.
4. Digital content
Access to digital content is personal to the purchaser unless the product page says otherwise. Do not share access credentials, links, videos, booklets, or files; copy or publish them; or use them commercially without prior written permission. Any time limit on access will be stated on the product page. If no period is stated, access follows the format described when you purchase.
5. Personalized products
Some products are prepared using information you choose to provide, such as birth details, questions, goals, resources, or personal text. You are responsible for providing accurate information. Production of a personalized product begins after the order and all required information have been received. Any delivery estimate will appear on the relevant product page.
6. Printed products and shipping
If a product includes a printed booklet or physical delivery, it will be sent to the address provided by the purchaser. Any shipping fee and estimated delivery time will be shown before payment or on the product page.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations are handled in accordance with Israel’s Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, its regulations, and other applicable mandatory law, taking into account the type of product or service and the circumstances of the transaction. Send a cancellation request to neta@neta-golan.com or through another method published on the site. Include your full name and enough information to identify the transaction.
Any cancellation fee will be charged only to the extent and under the conditions permitted by law. If a product is defective, does not match its description, or is not delivered on time, the applicable legal rules will apply. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot be waived under law.
8. Human Design and personal content
Chart tools and personal content are provided for learning, reflection, and general information. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial diagnoses or advice, and they do not replace qualified professional advice. Results are based on information provided and the methods used on the site; they do not guarantee a particular outcome.
9. Your responsibilities
You use the site and its content at your own discretion. Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, or make unauthorized commercial use of its content.
10. Intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the site—including text, digital products, video, audio, chart tools, design, and original content—belong to the business or the relevant rights holders. Illustrations are by Tal Yakubovitch unless stated otherwise.
11. Privacy
Use of the site may involve providing personal information. The site’s Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used, which providers may receive it, and how to make a request about your information. You are not generally required by law to provide information, but some products cannot be provided without the necessary details.

13. Site changes and availability
The business may update the site, content, products, prices, and offers. A change will not affect rights already acquired in a completed purchase except as allowed by law and the terms of that transaction. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside the business’s control. If a purchased product has a significant technical issue, contact us so we can address it.
